Bill was awesome with my insurance it took 6 months to get it approved due to my insurance wanting to do ony half of my roof but he finally got it approved the office staff was fast on get shingles delivered but it did take 2weeks to get them installed they had to cancel twice due to the rain but the 3rd time they worked with my schedule they told me to pick any day they would work around me so i made it on my day off that was great Crew was on time tommy was the supervisor he had sure the job was completely to my satisfaction after the job was completely the office called the next day to make sure i was satisfied afterwards they sent me my invoice they let me know i had ten day to pay but my insurance did not send me the money yet i spoke to nicole at vertex she said no problem just keep her in the loop Over all the had a great experience and have recommended then to all my friends and family Steve
