We had a leak this past june called vertex to take a look at it after the vertex sale rep joe came out he suggested that we replace the roof we received a estimate form him and 3 other companies vertex did not have the cheapest price but they did have the best warranty That helped me make my decision to sign up with them 2 days later there office called me thetyrepair team came out temporarily patch my roof at no charge one week later our roof was installed The asked for no money upfront and gave me 10 days to pay after our roof was complete and I was satisfied with everything Great company I would give them 10 stars if I could
