Katzen review about company Vertex Roofing Contractors Inc.
Called them for an emergency roof repair. It ended up taking them several weeks to get back to me to schedule this "emergency" service. Then they did the work, had me pay... and the roof was still leaking in the exact same spot two weeks later. They said they would come out again, didn't give me a clear answer on why it was still leaking, and then stopped communicating with me all together. So, basically, they took the money and ran without really repairing anything.
