Mike A review about company Oklahoma Select Roofing & Construction, LLC

First, let me say that from the start I felt like Steve was very honest and professional. He explained exactly what would happen, the breakdown of the charges, and how he would contact the insurance company and get everything taken care of. He returned calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner. After the roofing crew left, I still found a dozen or so nails and some little bits of trash in a few of the flower beds, nothing too bad though. What was more annoying was that they left some extra supplies on the lawn for 4-5 days before coming back to pick it up. I had to call and remind them a few times and finally move it off the grass myself. I know it''s a busy time of year for roofers, but come on. Steve apologized for the crew's mistake and got it taken care of. When the gutter guy came out he left one downspout unfinished because he ran out of material. He said he would be back the next day to do it. A week later is when he actually came, and only after I reminded Steve (thankfully I only had to remind him once) that it hadn't happened. Overall, I was happy with the work because it does look good and it cost a little less the insurance payment which was really nice. Steve was friendly and helpful and I enjoyed working with him. Seems like his crew and/or subcontractors were just a little careless on this job.
