My experience. Shortly after the big one in El Reno in 2013 I watched my neighbor get a new roof. Great job! Still looks beautiful. I contacted OSR. The crew that did my house consisted of 3 either very sick or hung over guys. They took 2 complete days daylight until dark and I had to help with cleanup or they would have been back. There was a plethora of issues starting with a bent wind turbine, really bent! Nails showing through soffet. All kinds of stuff including crooked lines of shingles. I withheld payment for a while, I did but I was not happy. Since 2013 my roof has had to be repaired 3 times. The last was 2 full squares blew off. Today I have the same guy back fixing more that blew off last week. 2 different roofers have pointed out the absolutely poor job and recommend a new roof. Imagine going back to insurance 5 years later for another 6 grand due to no storms, just poor installations. Steve was a great guy who made excuses for his crew and tried to fix my complaints but in the end, a few years later I am stuck with having to figure out my own way of replacement due to this company's workmanship. Yeah I took almost a year to pay but the justification is right above my head. He ended up only charging for materials but that was 4k. They came around when mother nature hit the neighborhood and I am sorry but I feel like they took advantage. My roof looks terrible and blows off in winds above 30.
