Joshua Marcus review about company Ravlin's Roofing & Painting

I would give zero stars if I could. Long story short the crew they were supposed to send turned into 1 person that ghosted us after the second day. They only completed small pieces of the project and now I have a torn apart house that I need to find a new painter to fix. Not one room, was 100% done plus the painter left splatter all over one of our beds. The biggest kicker was after leaving multiple messages and texts they, instead of apologizing and trying to fix it , just said "Ravlin’s is withdrawing from this project." This was a 4 bedroom, hallway and foyer job which I was told was "easy" I will never use this company again To Steve and Ed, an apology can go a long way in customer service.
