As you can see from the other reviews, the preponderance suggest only a one star. I would take a step further, if given the option, for zero star rating. Terrible customer service all around. Was told service during two appointments, and two appointments, no shows! Poor communication, only received short, terse replies through email. Truly an embarrassment of an owner/manager and company!! Would rather pay more than deal with these clowns
