We engaged Mastercraft Restorations for a long overdue roof replacement. The Owner, Tom, came out himself and inspected the roof. He was responsive to our questions and took the time to go over the areas about which we had the most concern. We had two areas where our roof was leaking in our house and he knew exactly how he wanted to address that. He was very knowledgeable and personable. His workers got the job done and done well; they were incredibly hard working and they left no mess, despite the fact that we unknowingly had four roofs in certain places so there was a TON of tear off for them to do. The entire job took them 2 days. Given the size of our roof, the complexity of our issues, the number of rotting boards they had to replace, and the fun surprise of the multiple roofs, it was unexpected to have it done so quickly. His pricing was very fair and came in lower than the other 4 companies we had engaged for quotes. The quality was excellent, matching or bettering the other roofing companies, and our new roof is beautiful! Tom came out many times to inspect the progress and to check in with how we were doing. If you want someone who knows their business, will do a quality job, and who has integrity and is someone you can trust with your home- go with Mastercraft.
