Communicative and timely responses, friendly staff; however, they left garbage (gutter and roofing materials, including huge rusty nails) around my house and they killed a bunch of recently planted plants with careless ladder placement. I had just had a French drain installed and that contractor was able to accommodate our plants, so I fail to see how the roofing company couldn't provide the same courtesy.
