We called them in to do some cosmetic fixes for a customer of mine. Miguel and his team did a good repair, when all was over. However, he forgot to come to the estimate visit until we called and was ultimately 6 hours late to that appointment. We agreed on a slight discount for that inconvenience. Then he completely missed the actual repair appointment the following week, and would not respond to phone calls. He ended up rescheduling for the next day, but not before the customer had waited around all day, frustrated and impatient. When asked for a further discount because of these latest inconveniences, Miguel refused. Miguel's lack of professionalism and good communication unnecessarily angered my customer and reflected poorly on our company. We will not be contacting him again for service and we recommend that you find someone else as well.
