A Johns review about company Grand Valley Roofing & Coatings Inc

We hired this company for a complete roof replacement. We had some difficulties with communication from the company, and the uncooperative weather delayed the installation for a while, which caused even more issues. After finally nailing down an installation date, our roof was installed. It looks great, and seems to be holding up well after all the storms we have had this year! The installers did do a bit of damage to our plants, and could have cleaned up better. Update: Our roof was damaged in the storm, and we asked the company for assistance, assuming it was under warranty. They responded they would take a look, and then promptly sent me a bill for the work. No quote, no communication, nothing. So, no warranty either?! Unimpressed.
