November 29th, 2O17 To whom it may concern, Our firm has recently had the pleasure of working with Grand Valley Roofing and Coatings lnc. to re-roof 2 buildings at 3375 North Service Rd., Burlington over a 2-year period - combined over 12O,OO0 sq. ft. installing a new 4 ply built up roof system. They completed the work on time, on budget and with minimal disruption to our tenants. Their workmanship was above average and the site was left in a satisfactory condition - with no damage upon completion. All reports from site were that the workers represented themselves professionally and worked in safe manner throughout the entire project.
